Executive Director Learning Circles

The Executive Director Learning Circle (EDLC) is a network of the Leadership Development Program of United Way Sudbury and Nipissing Districts. It provides facilitated peer support to local non profit Executive Directors.

Discussion and training topics that have been covered in the past include: board relations, human resource challenges, change management, organizational sustainability, collaborations/partnerships, stress and burnout, and more.

Two Executive Director Learning Circles are presently in operation: the Gold Standards and the Platinum All Stars. Each group meets monthly over the lunch hour.
